* The homeowner of property supervises and participates in all cleaning & sanitizing. No cleaning fee! **Self check in. New "Strong Spa" hot tub w/ 28 jets, seats 6 w/lounger with Ozonator. T-Mobile 5G WIFI with YouTube TV, Sling & Roku on all 5 Smart TV's both installed 10/5/22. New 50" Smart TV in living room & new Beds throughout 3/5/24!! Total pool refurbishing 1/25/25. New sun block curtains for all 5 sliding glass doors installed offer easy outdoor access. New Propane BBQ on 5/18/24. Beautiful luxury home with pool and hot tub in a secluded backyard. This is a very spacious pool area with 3 Chaise loungers and many chairs and tables. Great city and mountain views from all areas. Koi pond with waterfall that attracts wildlife including many birds. Various viewing decks. Large Santé Fe fireplace. This home offers all this yet close to downtown Tucson, University of Arizona, arts districts and shopping. The home is just a few minutes drive from the main parking lot for Tucson's New Modern Street Car! Towering Giant Saguaro cactus on property! 1.4 acres. Located at the base of the Tucson Mountains in the Western Foothills. Incredible views of Santa Catalina and Rincon mountain chains. Very secluded and quiet pool yard with 1 gas and 1 charcoal BBQ's. Just 8 miles to Saguaro National Park! Pets considered. (Please ask) (Sorry no large parties allowed. Family and friends are welcome though) This entire property including pool, jacuzzi and Koi pond is covered by a commercial insurance policy and you as a guest are covered for medical and personal liability.

Remote yet Close to town

My friends and I stayed here for 10 days. The place was perfect for our group. We spent some beautiful nights around the chimnea on the back private patio, nightly use of the hot tub was great. It was too cold to use the pool, but a few of the boys took a VERY quick dip...lol. The host Tony was very responsive to all inquiries. I highly recommend this place. I'm sure we will be back at some time in the future. Diane

This property was excellent. It had everything we needed. Any questions were immediately answered by the owner. Beds were comfortable, kitcken was well outfitted. We especially enjoyed the koi pond.

This house met our needs. We came in for a week of hiking, so other than evenings, we were on the go. The house is in a small neighborhood, but Tony’s place sits back off the street so feels quite secluded. The fish pond was a highlight of our time at the house. Tony has chairs set up around the pond and the fish trained to swim up close anytime you sit outside. If you have allergies or sensitive to strong smells, this house may not be for you. There is a strong “fireplace” smell throughout the house. It did not bother us, and we quickly became nose-blind. But working in pulmonology, I could see it affecting some. Ask Tony for restaurant suggestions. Amazing!!! Tony was very easy to get in touch with - always with a quick reply. We would rent with Tony again if returning to the Tucson area. Thank you, Tony for a great week!

Fish pond

This is the best place to come & unwind, no noise, very private. Great accommodations for a family to have a wonderful time. Very well stocked even fish food for the goldfish. I would definitely come back here again.

Perfect location in West Tucson

I rented this house for 6 family members to stay during Thankgsiving and it suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, everything worked well, the gas stove was a bonus. The outdoor space had plenty of chairs and tables. My older nephew loved the hot tub, we did not use the pool as it was a bit cold outside. The bedrooms allowed each couple to have their space and privacy. Bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. If I have family come again to Tucson I will definitely rent this home. Thank you Tony!

Tucson Family Gathering

We loved staying at Tony's home! It was perfect for my son, his wife, my two grandchildren and me. We spent a wonderful week in this private desert setting as our home base. The house offered everything we needed and Tony is definitely a superhost.
