.Nicely appointed 2 bedroom, Den, 2 Baths, 2 separate cozy living areas with comfy sectional couches, dining room, breakfast area, and bar. The home is nicely situated on a private corner lot on Cul-De-Sac in Rancho Vistoso. Start your morning or evening in the heated spool in the cozy private backyard, or take a stroll on the Woodshade trail. Stargaze the beautiful Arizona skies from your private jacuzzi. Enjoy your golf game among the many golf courses located in Oro Valley, Marana, and Tucson. 10 minute drive to The Gallery Golf Club at the Ritz Carlton in Dove Mountain or El Conquistador golf course in Oro Valley. Home is located within a 5 minute walk to Hohokam park which includes lighted tennis and basketball courts, playground, and dog park. Enjoy walking or biking along 6 miles of Vistoso Trails Nature Preserve path. Plan a day hiking to Romero Pools at Catalina State park just 5 miles from the house. Mountain biking trails in Oro Valley include Rail X, 50 year trail and Honeybee Canyon. Hiking also found nearby in Honeybee Canyon and Big wash trailhead just minutes away.

Birding in Arizona

We chose the location due to proximity of many bird sanctuaries in southern AZ. We chose this home as it appeared to meet all our needs. It did not disappoint! The kitchen was stocked well w dishes, pots, serving dishes so that we could have friends and family visit for meals. The beds were comfortable and the sitting areas were done well. Hostess responded promptly to our questions and checked in to ensure all of our needs were being met. Would recommend!

The owner was a joy to work with from beginning to end of stay. Home is clean and tastefully decorated. Spool was an A. Beautiful location with lots of walking trails.

Great home/Great location

Loved the property. Lots of room to spread out. Really appreciated a designated office space to work while away from home. Enjoyed the spa after days of hiking and biking. Would definitely would recommend this house.

Great Property

Well-stocked lovely home

The check-in process was very easy, and the host responded to questions within a few hours (at most). The house was very well stocked with all essentials - tissues, toilet paper (not the cheap stuff), paper towels, dish & laundry detergent, etc. Usually I have to buy things, I didn't have to do that here. There was a great home office for work. Check out was at 11am, instead of the usual 10am, which I really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, even the sheets were high quality. This was a great stay.

Super house

We stayed for a month in this very nice, updated house. It was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally well supplied. The 2 living areas were great for differing tastes in TV watching and the backyard is handy for outdoor eating, reading and soaking in the hot tub. Convenient location for shopping, restaurants, hiking, etc. The hostess is very responsive to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location if you like to walk

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during a holiday week visiting family. The house had everything you could possibly need or want, including a great office. The host was gracious enough to call us upon arrival and check to make sure we were happy. The neighborhood had several park areas and trails to walk pets. Even the neighbors were nice. I would definitely come back.
