The property is in need of a handyman, a lot of details must be addressed and in general the building is run down. The door lock and handle on room 207, did not open without a secret trick, no amount of banging and pushing did it. The toilet paper holder was semidetached from the wall and the bathroom tiles were loose. Room coffee was undrinkable and the pervasive smell in the hotel was either of curry or fabuloso. Carpets are worn out On the good side, the cost of the room was very reasonable given the overpriced dynamic pricing of other Tucson hotels, and the room was clean.
Our first room on check in was not cleaned, so management needs to pay closer attention to organization. Seems a major demo reconstruction is called for, but then you'll loose the best price for lodging in Tucson.
