REQUIRED: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($58.85) or a refundable Safety Deposit ($1,250) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.

Entire home accessible and private to the guest.

Upscale, large, custom and newly built homes. This property sits on the corner of a cul-de-sac. No through traffic to the front of the home.

The home, in an upscale neighborhood located in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic, has a 2.5-car garage and 2-car parking pad.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Great Home to Enjoy South of Tucson

Suburb house with ample room for the 4 of us. Easy access to all roads to shopping, tourist sites, and golf. House was well equipped, great BBQ, and host was very proactive and responsive. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Stay

This property is great. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. It is a large home with a great layout for friends to share and still have plenty of room and privacy. It is true to its pictures and did not disappoint in any way. The host was extremely responsive and was thorough and kind. We have bookmarked this property for our next trip to Tucson!

Nice House

We rented the house to spend Thanksgiving with family. The house was very nice and located in a good neighborhood with a park close by to walk the dog. There were some minor broken items which we let the property management company know about so they could repair...which I think they appreciated. The communication with the property management company was excellent and very friendly. The house was large enough for the whole family and the BBQ was nice for cooking dinner. Thanks for making this year's family get together very nice.

Multi Family Gathering

My sisters and I booked this property for a 3 night stay. We all came in from out of state for a family memorial service. The home was large and accommodated 3 couples comfortably. Beds, linens and bath towels were good quality. Kitchen was large and well appointed - plenty of pots and pans. Dishes and utensils are a full service for 8. Everyone commented on now nicely the home was decorated for a short term rental. Outside patio area was nicer than expected from the photos on the listing. Very large fenced in area with a nice table and chairs that seats 6, along with a fire pit. We had a really nice stay - since we have family in the area we will likely book this property again for a future trip. Host was helpful, proactive and responsive. Thank you!

Excellent Home in Sahuarita, AZ!

I’m reluctant to share with you just how much of a gem this VRBO is in Sahuarita, AZ, because we selfishly want to keep it a secret for ourselves. Our family was in town for a visit and the area offers a very limited selection for hotels and homes for rent. However, this home is a total winner! The home is beautiful and has all the modern comforts you would expect. It felt like being at our own home rather than a rental. It has a great backyard complete with BBQ and firepit. The check in and check out process was seamless and the host communicated with us quickly. We left a feedback about the kitchen supplies and host graciously took our feedback into consideration. Much appreciated! I highly recommend this house for your stay.

Wonderful place to stay with friends

We really enjoyed our stay at Todd's place. The house is perfect for privacy, room and comfort for our trip with our friends. Loved the outdoor space and quiet neighborhood. The house was well equipped for a large group and enjoying our meals either outside or indoors. Comfy beds and updated appliances and furniture. Gorgeous and comfortable home!

My adult children and I were in town visiting family, and wanted a home close to them. This was the perfect place. The kitchen and bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable, and the whole house welcomed us to enjoy our stay. I’d definitely stay there again!
