Heat is broken, possibly throughout the facility from what the desk staff said. Offered a space heater when informed the 60* air outside was warmer than the inside despite the heater being set on 78* for the previous 2 hours. Only given two towels despite being forced to identify that four people and the kids' ages would be staying there; requested additional towels, but did not get them until the third time requested. The heater was not fixed and once again the outside air of high 50s was warmer than the hotel room. Once again reported to the front office and this time requested a different room, but was (very politely) told that the same problem would exist in a different room and was once again offered a space heater, or additional blankets. I requested the blankets, but they were never delivered. We've been loyal to this specific hotel for the last 5 years for all Tucson soccer tournaments we attend but we will not be back. I've noticed that maintenance things have been let go (lobby elevator broken for the last 2 years), barely warm water in showers regardless of what room we are in, room phones don't work, various lights don't work). And for a hotel associate with a name brand hotel and the cost of hotels now days, I expect better...like heat and hot water. That said, I've never had an issue with ride staff, ever, including this visit. I suspect the local staff have their hands tied as to what can be done to fix things and the runner delivering items is exhaus
