The staff were super nice, but this place REALLY needs an update: the location is superb- but they are probably 15 years overdue for a refresh. I wouldn’t book here again, but it was okay. Could be better with much needed remodel.

No warm water in the tub/shower in the morning around 7 to 9. Food was ok. Air conditioning is cold or off until room equalizes. Then cold. Always a bit loud and hard to sleep with if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel's location was great, near Naranja Park where we watched our granddaughter play soccer and near a bike path where could connect to almost anywhere in Tucson. Also, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was yummy. The only downside was that we reserved a king-bed room, which they didn't have, so we had to settle for a two-queen room. Also, the carpet and paint in our room were a bit worn; time for an update.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The room had a microwave, refrigerator plus a small sink. On the second day we got up to find water in front of the fridge. Couldn’t tell what the problem was so we reported it to the front desk. (The fridge still kept items cool and the water leakage went away. The front desk was willing to look at it and swap it out if needed, but since it was working and we had no leakage we turn down the offer.

We had a pleasant stay, but the noise level in this hotel is pretty bad. It was convenient having a decent continent type breakfast included in our price of the room, but the young lady working couldn't seem to keep up with having enough food readily available. I definitely would not stay here again.

I don't understand all the top reviews for this hotel, I am assuming they are either fake or paid. My experience with this hotel is Terrible and that is also not enough. The hotel is a rip off and I will never ever stay here not recommend this to anyone. All my days of stay, housekeeping never bothered to show up, staff seem super busy and didn't care for the customers and breakfast was horrible. Room was ok, beds were old and gave me back pain. The hotel will charge you premium price per night, you are better off in a different hotel than paying steep prices for nothing at this hotel

Cons: Pool was down for maintenance for our entire stay of 5 nights. This was an important reason of staying here, since it was snowing back home in Montana. Bed was not very comfortable, felt old. Pros: Super nice staff in all areas. Breakfast was good. Convenient location to visit our family.
