Enjoy the privacy and views from this 4 room/3.5 bath ranch house (newly renovated bathrooms and pool) welcoming you through the private courtyard with a huge salt pool w/ Baja Deck (shallow deck), spa and desert landscaping. Stunning views of the Rincons to the west and the Catalinas to the north set the backdrop of this desert retreat. Just steps away from Saguaro National Park, there are limitless hiking, biking and horse trails available.

The Space:
The ranch house is situated 4.5 acres of beautiful Sonoran Desert, right next to Saguaro National Park. The landscaped courtyard and pool area offer a tranquil, clean space with spectacular views and multiple spaces for relaxing outdoors. There is an Arizona Room that is screened in and overlooks the pool and courtyard. Relax in the heated spa, or throw dinner on the grill in the courtyard Ramada. The kitchen is complete with all amenities, convection ovens, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and butcher block, adjacent sous chef prep kitchen, and looks out over the courtyard and pool. Take advantage of the Ramada with built in BBQ and lights, or relax and read a book in the Arizona room. Split bedroom floor plan, formal dining room and living room, bonus kitchen prep room, office/library, and fun room with extra bed leaves plenty of space for everyone and room to entertain.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire ranch to yourselves. We do have weekly pool service and monthly yard maintenance, so you may see those service people during your stay, but they will stay out of your way.

The Neighborhood:
The properties in the Historic Notch neighborhood are all at least 3 acres, so you'll have ultimate privacy. The stunning views of the Catalina and Rincon Ranges from the courtyard, living room and bedrooms are sure to inspire. Watch the sunrise light up the Rincons from the courtyard by the pool. And watch the gorgeous sunset views as the sun goes down on the Catalinas.

Getting Around:
Easy to get in and out of town by way of Speedway or Broadway. 30 minutes from Tucson International Airport. Whole Foods, Costco, Target, Walmart, Sprouts and other major names all close by within 10-20 minutes.
