The Home offers 4 cozy bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The bedroom near the garage also known as bed 4 has a separate entrance/exit if needed. This custom home has vaulted ceilings with beautiful large Vega Beams throughout the inside and outside of the home. Along with vaulted ceilings the home has floor to ceiling windows that overlook Cataline Mountains and gorgeous desert sitting on 3 acres makes it feel very private. Beautiful chefs' kitchen with built in appliances and a convention cooktop. 3 out of the 4 bedrooms offer large thick curtains/blinds that will keep the room very dark if you love to sleep-in. We have 3 flat screen TVs with Roku. There are several steps throughout the home so be careful. Large back covered patios to sit outside to enjoy wildlife and Catalina Mountains. There is no wall in the backyard it's all open desert and wildlife so keep an eye on small children. We have a private courtyard with beautiful desert landscaping in the front of the home which does have a wall around the courtyard. The home has heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer and coffee maker every detail is designed to make your stay as effortless and relaxing as possible.

Please keep in mind that the home has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
If you want to park your RV pls reach out for measurements to see if it will fit under the large outdoor but covered awning next to the 2-car garage that is attached to the home for you to park.
We have all are plants on irrigation so no need to water them.
There is another large, detached garage sitting on the property that is not accessible and is not part of this stay.
Please keep in mind we are in the desert and if you are parking outside the garage for a long period of time there can be pack rats. Research what you can do to help keep them away if you plan on keeping the RV or cars out for a long period of time without driving them.
