The property is spacious and comfortable. However, it seems as though they're in the middle of a renovation. The baseboards were missing in a lot of the house.

Spacious, well appointed home in Rita Ranch area. Great ,private backyard with lots of outdoor seating, hot tub, umbrella and pool. Interior has lots of seating for eating as well as lounging. Fully furnished with all the kitchen supplies you should need. Good location near restaurants and groceries.

The house was clean. The back yard was nice. The neighborhood has a lot of barking dogs. It should be noted that we were not able to use the garage. I think the door was broke. Overall it was a good place to stay.

The house was as described. We spent time in the backyard relaxing. While out there there is usually a dog barking somewhere, as dog people that didn’t bother us. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it looked nice and clean. The house was very clean and would recommend to stay at.

We enjoyed our stay and would go back. The place was as described and clean! Good location to many things. My kids loved all the additions and activities. My only negative (not on the owners) was the neighbors dogs barking early morning hours and waking everyone up (maybe a fan would help) We ended up not using hot tub as much due to another neighbors dog attempting to jump over the wall and barking constantly.

Overall a very nice place. The only drawback is is the neighborhood barking dogs. The property next to the hot tub has a dog that would jump up the wall, hang on with his paws, and barked at us. Not very relaxing outside. Also the first bedroom to the left has a couple of red stains on the carpet. Looks very bad.

This property has met my expectations. It is as described, with all the amenities to make it feel as your home. Pool was cleaned, just few leaves and mosquitoes every morning. The only problem was that pool skimmers were broken so we couldn’t cleaned it “well” so much, but water temperature was perfect and my kids really enjoyed. Shopping centers and restaurants were close. A+ for this property, No complains.

Good location for our needs, comfortable needs, . Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood for a good night's rest. There were some issues with the pool, cable, done furniture problems but the owner was on it all and all ended well.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay in April. The pool was the perfect temperature and the highlight for the grandkids. Complete with pool toys, floaties, and an infant life jacket. There was a pack and play and high chair for the 20 month old. The pool area was gated so we could enjoy the shaded backyard without worrying about the kids and pool. The neighborhood was quiet and we found nice trails for our daily walks. Side notes: We were unable to get the Ford Explorer in the garage because of its size. But we did notice the electric door got hung up when we opened it. The poolside side umbrella is loose from the patio and may need more than a rock to anchor the leg, the owner did give us a heads up about the umbrella. There is a nesting dove in the porch between the two hanging planters. Overall this was a good place for 2 couples and 2 children from the PNW to enjoy some sun for a week. Thank you

This property had everything we needed! The pool was perfect and where we spent most of our time. We loved the whole backyard. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having two bathrooms for us and the kids. The location is perfect as it is a short drive to everything we wanted to do, and great for morning walks and runs! The only complaint we had was the barking neighbor dogs surrounding the home. We would definitely stay here again.
