"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay."

"From start to finish everything was great, communication with Oliver was excellent, check in was so easy and the house was clean and up to a high standard.
