“Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.”

“You have the pond and house to yourself, hidden away from the road; it's great escape from everything. Bring a telescope or binoculars, it gets legitimately dark and the stars are wonderful.”

“This was our second time staying here in the summer. We stayed with a large family group. Brian’s house is amazing and he is very easy to communicate with. Everyone had a wonderful time. the kids were fishing, kayaking, and swimming every day all day long!”

“Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!”

“Great location, very comfortable, quiet area. Great access to everything in the area. The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been……

“Great place! We really enjoyed our stay. We were a little confused on how to get to the water because the sign is slightly obscure but maybe that’s on me. The swimming location was smaller than expected and kayaks were for 100 lbs or less. There was also some confusion regarding how to find the dumpster on the lot at check out time. Other than that, everything met our needs. Clean room, a few bugs but thats expected, the showers are nicer than I expected. The welcome binder with local resources……

“Super clean updated rustic house. Spacious living area away from bedrooms. Large kitchen with everything you could need. Bed linens were lovely on comfy beds. Loved the deck of living space & outdoor the fire pit with plenty of new chairs. The lake water is pristine and was the perfect temperature! Sandy area for easy entry. Lots of boat traffic but the house beach is in a cove that is protected. Would have liked it if there were canoe/kayak available, but otherwise everything you need is on……
