The lease holder of this motel has been trying to sell the lease unsuccessfully. He has been forced to lower the asking price and is clearly very angry and burned out on dealing with his business. Pat, the motel leaseholder (although he tried to tell us he was the owner of the property (freehold). His care for people and desire to make his customers feel welcome has completely dried up in this man. He was filled with resentment and made it quite clear through his derisive tone and insulting comments that he is incapable of empathy within a customer service setting
