Charming and Cozy Stone Cottage Near Tulsa Expo Square and Downtown

Oakhaven Cottage features comfort for six guests with three bedrooms - one king bedroom and one queen bedroom downstairs and one queen bedroom upstairs with its own full bath. The beds and linens are new and fresh and the bedroom furniture is beautiful solid cherry, maple, and pine. The dining room and living room seat 6 and the upstairs greatroom is perfect for movie watching or catching the big game. Put your feet up in the cozy sunroom, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening beverage while watching the neighbors walk their dogs or squirrels chase up and down the oak trees.

Kitchen is newly renovated and well-appointed. The downstairs bathroom is also newly updated with a custom-built, double-sink vanity and walk-in shower.

The cottage features hardwood floors throughout the downstairs rooms.
There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms, living room, sunroom, and upstairs great room for quiet comfort.
All bedrooms have nightstand lighting with USB charging ports.
Laundry with large capacity washer and dryer and detergents and softeners provided.
Covered deck with comfortable seating for six people.
Playhouse and swing set in the back yard for the wee ones.
You'll find lots of stained glass pieces crafted by our family.

Oakhaven Cottage is conveniently located in a quiet, Midtown-Tulsa neighborhood - very close to Expo Square, University of Tulsa, and Cherry Street restaurants and shops. Downtown Tulsa and the Pearl, Blue Dome, and Arts Districts are all close by with eleven local craft breweries an easy Uber ride away.

This property and the gracious hosts exceeded every expectation. The property is showroom quality, although not recommended for those with limited mobility since you enter up 3 steep concrete stairs. Stocked with more than you need - hosts are generous with amenities & kitchen had everything to prepare a sit-down family meal. Large, fenced yard is dog & kid friendly. High-quality linens, great pillows! Full laundry room with essentials provided. It's billed as a 12-minute walk to University of Tulsa, but it took us closer to 18 through a beautiful neighborhood. Hosts have ruined me for every other property & host. Highly recommend! Would definitely book again.Everything is of the

We had a wonderful stay at Oakhaven Cottage in Tulsa. Spent a little over a week and the cottage was perfect for us and family members. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking or baking. The backyard porch was covered with comfortable seating. The upstairs bedroom had a huge master suite. We spent most of our time downstairs in a cozy, tastefully decorated living and dining areas. The front sunroom was an added bonus. The location is centrally located in Tulsa's mid-town area which is a great jumping point to going anywhere in the city. We'll definitely be returning.

My family and I went to Tulsa for the first time to attend an event over Thanksgiving weekend. I rented the Oakhaven Cottage because it had what we needed for rooms and its location to the Tulsa Expo Center. We could not have chosen a better place. The owner was so unbelievably accommodating, extremely responsive to questions and even a few unexpected requests, and the house has everything you would need during your stay. It is extremely clean and very nice on the inside with comfortable furniture. Again, we could not have chosen a better place to stay in Tulsa and next time we’re in town, we will absolutely stay here again!

Overall good experience. Would suggest you also recommend Natural Grocers to your guests. It is 2.5 miles away at 31st and Harvard, has very reasonable prices, and exclusively organic produce. Way better than Whole Foods and Reasor's, in my opinion.

If you need a place close to the Expo, this is it. Family was here for Limousin Jr. Nationals and it was so nice to be able to be so close you could go “home” for meals and a break.
