Front desk are all new employees who are super helpful. Maintenence goes out of their way for the guests...I mean, they're maintenance.
** This hotel however needs a real manager who cares about the customer as I communicated all the following issues but nothing seems to change***
***Dirty Bed Sheets on almost all my visits there. Issues with just some of my stays here were: 1. Dog hairs on sheets 2.
human hair on pillows. 3. Crumbles in the bed.
4. Bed bugs 5. Blood on sheets 6. Many occasions of being sent up and down the elevators to dirty rooms/ not ready 7. Ants in bedsheets flying ants in other bed 8. My last visit there~ Waited almost an hour for them to find me a clean room. Ants in both bedsheets so I remade my bed with clean sheets. If that wasn't enough, I finally was in a deep sleep when the phone rang at 1:30 in the morning...it was Staff calling me because the computers were down so they were doing roomchecks to see who was in that room. In the middle of the night!
