My family and I rolled into Tulsa at 10pm. We were greeted by Vicki at the front desk. She had a genuine smile and kindness that made is feel welcome. She had that same energy at 8am for checkout.

The staff on call were very helpful and nice (Vickie, Ashley, Jessica and the bartender, Jayden). The Hyatt's location was nice but there were no activity centers like pools, spas, weight room, etc for guess to enjoy while at the facility. There was also an issue with parking. Other than that, the staff, room, food were great.

PLEASE do not make the same mistake I did by ignoring their numerous bad reviews. I booked a speciality king with a sofa bed (corner room) through Expedia. I specifically booked this room because it is larger than the standard king rooms. I also called the hotel ahead of arrival because we were going to be arriving later in the evening and didn’t want to be listed as a no show. Upon checking in Dave’s first comment was “so you’re one of my no shows”. Nice. After checking in and going up to our room, I opened the door and thought someone was still in the room given the unmade bed, dirty towels on the floor and empty soda bottles on the counters. I went back downstairs and was assigned a different room on a higher floor. This new room was significantly smaller than what I booked, so much so that my husband & I had to move the king bed up against the wall for the sofa bed to completely open and even then it was crammed. Once again I went back downstairs to speak with Dave and he pretty much said I was SOL and to speak with the manager in the morning. I asked if we could just wait to have the room we booked cleaned and he said no one was available to clean the room. He also stated that the new room we received was an “upgrade” because it was on a higher floor, I told him I did not care for a higher floor and that I cared about the room size instead. It is now the next day and just finished speaking with the manager on duty, she refused to give us the room we paid for or a refund.

Things I liked, it was very clean, staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and they keep it stocked well. Things that wasn’t great was park you need to just plan on spending the extra money on valeting the car. The beds was less then great to me everyone has there preference (felt hard and springy to me) but it was clean and that goes far.

About half the staff were unprofessional, room was clean but common areas were absolutely not (walked past the same empty/dirty glasses in the hallway for 2 days, trash cans overflowing, crumbs and trash on floor, bar countertops and dining tabletops dirty and sticky, etc.), hotel was lacked supplies (out of bottled water for the entire weekend when a store was just down the street), operation obviously lacks competent management and leadership.

I like that everything was walking distance. So many good options and clean hotel! Breakfast every morning was a plus especially traveling with kids. Parking was much easier with vallet! Just pull to the from and they would handle everything! If you need your car you can text the link and your car was there within 5-10 min and one flat fee for the day. And beautiful views! We also had a wedding dinner rehearsal in the 14th floor which was absolutely stunning!! All around it was a great experience!

Staff was very attentive and checked on my wife and her friends when a man gave them far too much unwanted attention and followed them away from the lobby. We appreciated their attentiveness to the situation.

I enjoyed our stay other than the restaurant server. My friend and I chose to stay at this hotel because we were excited there would be a restaurant. The server kept on flicking the hat I was wearing and making jokes about me eating chips and salsa too fast. About an hour after waiting he had forgotten to put my entree order in and then over heard my friend and I talking about our weekend plans. He asked what we were doing and I said we are having a girls night in like a spa night. He asked if he could joint and I said girls only! He then said “oh come on I can tuck it!” Very innapropriate. My friend and I tried laughing it off but felt uncomfortable for the entire exchange along with having to pay for food we had to wait over an hour for. He also forgot to give us our drinks until the end so he gave those to us for free. Also when I ordered he would say things like “you don’t need it” then laugh. I’m very unsatisfied and probably won’t stay at this hotel again because of this.
