“Obviously we liked it so came back. It is a good place to stay and was close to where we needed to be. There is one small thing of note, she requires the damage waiver. But currently she is cheaper than other properties so it is not that big of an issue for us. Just making aware so you realize the cost is more than what is listed. ”

“We were in town for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. It is clean, safe, comfortable, very reasonably priced, and conveniently located (we were told that in Tulsa you're about 20 minutes from anywhere you want to go, and that was about right!). The best feature though is your hosts, who are truly the kindest, friendliest, most accommodating hosts you will ever have (at least that was our experience). There were a couple things we couldn't find in the kitchen so I let Clark……

“The house was exactly like the pictures. Clean and updated with modern amenities. We loved the coffee bar to start our days with. The convenience of being across the street from the expo center was exactly what we needed while showing at the Pinto World show. Zach was very responsive and accommodated everything we asked within a few minutes.”

“The propery was located far enough from Tulsa to not get caught in the traffic but close enough that it is a quick drive to any location of interest in the area. The rental saved me thousands compared to getting a room in a hotel for the three days that I was in the area.”

“This is a nice home to share with friends while attend a Kite Festival in Tulsa. We were within a few miles of the event. Easy to get to. The beds are comfortable the towels are nice! There were some ants in the kitchen. Needs more dishes and cooking utensils. We've stayed here twice now, and will stay again if the opportunity arises. ”

“Overall a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. Was perfect for my husband and I. 35 min drive to castle of muskogee for the Renaissance festival. It is a duplex with a shared backyard, so we had to make sure the neighbor's dog wasn’t outside when we sat on the patio with our dog, but not a huge deal. Our only complaints were that the beds were not comfortable(particularly the back bedroom...in my opinion that bed is unsleepable. But the other one is okay!) and the shower takes some adjusting to……

“Daughter and I visited my granddaughter who goes to TU. The house was perfect for us! Very close to the campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Some of the pleasant surprises were the private back yard with a deck and comfy chairs for watching birds, squirrels and bunnies; lights above the twin beds for reading; caring and gracious hosts. We had to unexpectedly keep the granddaughter's cat that we brought for her for a few days and Justin was very understanding. We also enjoyed the extra room……

“We visited Tulsa for a few concerts at the BOK. This was super close to downtown and such a cute place. There were 6 of us - 4 adults, 2 kids and then 2 pups. Nice, fenced yard for the dogs. Had everything we needed.”
