They have no in-house Restaurant, Drinks or Ice. the restaurant on property is third party managed. I asked for a bucket of Ice and not available. at least an Ice Machine would be great . The beach club is not controlled by the hotel, but again by the third party restaurant. the bathroom tub needs to go- looked old and dirty - not sure why they still have tubs - showers

Fiquei numa teepe. O preço é chamativo, mas é impossível ficar mais que 2 noites. Não há espaço nem para uma mala, a cama ocupa o espaço todo. Nem um cabide atrás da porta tem. Numa zona cheia de mosquitos não se percebe como é que não têm uma rede mosquiteira, até porque a porta tem frechas por onde eles entram. A teepe tem duas janelas, sem cortina, às 7 da manhã a claridade é imensa, impossível de dormir. Mas também com o calor que as 8h está dentro da teepe também já seria impossível (não tem sombra suficiente, pelo menos a n⁰ 6 e a 5). A piscina não esteve em funcionamento nos dois dias em que lá estive, estava em limpeza. O hotel em si, parece-me excelente, se não forem para as teepes. Actividas gratuitas. Boa localização. Acesso à praia, que é o mais importante, nesta zona de tulum.

Overall poor value. Convenient location. No hot water sometime. Jacuzzi water is rusty. Pool is murky and unusable. Beach club next door is loud past 1am. Beach towels were unavailable at times. Would not recommend this place.

All sand property which is fine - however no one to assist with luggage - literally had to drag thru sand and up two flights of stairs! The location we were at for 4 nights before Selina in Tulum had a gentleman that used a wheelbarrow to assist with luggage - it was perfect. 2nd NO TOWELS! No beach towels, no hand towels-nothing! Gal at front desk said “I will bring in 10 minutes” - NOPE! No towels or gal came.

Benyttet doormroom. Lokasjoner er helt fantastisk. Tror dette er eneste hostelet som ligger på stranden i Tulum. Litt høy luftfuktighet og klamt på rommet, dårlig utlufting og når 8 stykker deler rom og dusj blir det fort fuktig i rommet selv med aircondition. Klær føltes raskt fuktige selv om de ikke var brukt. Ellers rent rom. Kun et bad med dusj og wc i et, som deles på 8, dette trekker litt ned. Men alt i alt et flott hotell/hostel, som anbefales om man ikke tenker å oppholde seg mye på doormroom.

Pesima experiencia, el hotel se esta cayendo, el personal muy grosero y con poco conocimiento, fierros oxidados por todos lados, la playa sucia y sin camastros, las toallas viejisimas, no hay agua caliente, super ruidoso. Cero recomendable.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Das Gemeinschaftsbad müsste dringend saniert werden. Die Klimaanlage in den Teepees ist viel zu laut, sobald sie ausgeschaltet ist, wird es darin aber viel zu stickig, da es wirklich sehr klein ist. Für eine Person ist es in Ordnung, für 2 Personen mit Gepäck etc. viel zu klein. Wir hatten nach einer Nacht genug vom Teepee mit Gemeinschaftsbad und haben nach einem Upgrade gefragt, allerdings zu einem Preis, bei dem wir auch komplett neu buchen konnten.

I stayed at Selina 2 years ago and I had a great experience and that's why I decided to go back there again. However, my last experience wasn't that great. The property had an issue in the past and they are in a process of remodeling a lot of things and because of that, they are very limited. They arent offerening the nightlife, food service such as lunch and dinner and the falicity doesn't look as pretty anymore. I will recovering looking for anothe place to stay next time I go to Tulum.

El restaurante no estaba funcionando, y ya estando ahí leímos una nota que había pasado un incidente de violencia y pues supongo que por eso no estaba abierto, es una pena nos hospedamos por que conocimos el de Isla Mujeres y fue muy diferente experiencia.
