Very clean hotel & staff was kind. Bathroom set up does not provide for privacy. Wished we had some outdoor space to sit at - off our room. Balcony was tiny with no chairs & had an unappealing backdrop. Recommend a room that has a view off the pool area.

Pictures look nice... especially with private hot tub outside. Arrived and did not get room key til nex5 day. Internet trouble all aver tulum. Room was impressive... but the details were not. TP is on a shelf behind toilet, which is next to open air shower. If you put tp on ground it will get soaked. Shower had huge window opening to interior cortidor... tinted white & no curtain. The back of shower was a huge glass pane separating it from the bed. No cortains to c9ver wither, soguess what happens when the lights go out... corridor ligsts shine right on the bed. Bring black spraypaing if yoy stay here. Bonus... plumbing work on ubit below began at~3Am...KLONK.....KLONK....KLONK.ALl night. Therible. I deserve a full refund.

I am dual citizen Mexican/USA When I checked in I presented my Mexican Passport(to avoid tourist fees) When I took out both my Mexican passport and USA, I presented my Mexican passport as ID, the girl at the front desk insisted in using my American Passport( So that I get charged all the extra fees for being none-Mexican(which I should have not paid because I am a Mexican Citizen too). I was tired from a long flight I did not want to argue. At check-out I was told to pay for sheet(25usd) that got burnt while staying at hotel due to me having to Iron my clothes even though when I ask for an ironing board they did not provided one. Great location, however worst customer service ever would not recommend. Find something different nearby! They CHARGE 30 USD if you don't return your beach TOWEL! FYI!

Parking is tight. Hotel has beautiful green spaces. No much to see outside my window …on both stays my room had a view of a telephone pole with big transformer next to my window. Food was creative, over priced but good. Beautiful dishwater, nice table setting & served me folded paper towels for napkins.

The hotel is still under construction so it’s noisy in the morning throughout the afternoon. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the rooms around you. As for the restaurant, the dinner was 4/10 and expensive and the breakfast ISN'T fully included. You get one thing from the menu and have to pay for everything else and beverages (not full meals). When my family and I came back from the beach, the hotel didn’t have power or water and they DID NOT notify us. We could not shower and the things we had in the fridge melted. On our last night they woke us up at 2am stating that we had to leave because of the noise when we were SLEEPING. When I questioned the front desk the next day they told me “wrong rooms”… lastly during checkout, if you have any stains on the towels they would either make you pay $30 or wait to see if housekeeping can take them out. They didn’t leave any water bottles in the room so thank god we bought our own anyways. The safe DOES NOT work no matter how many times maintenance came. And there aren’t any draws or closets in the room; nor a door for the bathroom so there’s no privacy.

Sad to say but we did not find the staff friendly at all. The first room we were put in had one window that looked to the inside hallway, and the other window had a privacy film on it so you could not see outside. It was a cell! They did change our room when I expressed my displeasure, however did not appear happy about it. The bathrooms have no door, and shower can be seen into the room. The restaurant was terrible! We had supper once, it was so bad, i do not have words. It was the worst very expensive meal I have ever had! If the breakfast was not included we would not have gone back at all. The positive was the grocery store across the road served amazing food. The location of the hotel was good. The lobby washroom was not nice, often very dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

La verdad el hotel está súper bien, muy bien cuidado y cuenta con las instalaciones necesarias para pasar un buen rato. Solo deberían de apegarse menos a las políticas y tratar de ser un poco más humanos en la recepción. Pero la verdad es que la atención fue excelente

Overall, the hotel is average. Pool is OK but not cleaned regularly (leaves and debris floating in it). Breakfast was included and pretty good although very small portions. Lunch and dinner in the onsite restaurant are very poor. Good location for in town hotel with everything walkable and having Chedraui across the road. Our oom (#1) was very dark to the point you couldn't read a book after dark.

Un hôtel de qualité, luxueux et abordable, largement suffisant pour un séjour de courte durée. J’ai réservé une chambre de luxe avec un bain privé, pour mon anniversaire. un mini frigo est disponible dans la chambre, des produits d’hygiène, la télé, dispose de Netflix, etc. Une douche, avec un bon débit pour l’eau, aucune difficulté pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Un personnel accueillant qui vous porte vos bagages jusqu’à la chambre, ascenseur, disponible. La seule difficulté et celle du transport pour aller à la plage, compter une heure à pied pour se déplacer à Tulum, c’est taxi obligatoire et comment vous dire qu’il vous charge sur les prix… mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien, c’est quasi pareil partout. Donc louer une voiture ou un autre moyen de transport. À part ça, les petits déjeuners sont excellents dans un restaurant avec une petite musique de fond. La piscine de l’hôtel est très belle. Enfin wifi disponible dans toutes les chambres de haute qualité.
