In the first 30 minutes we enjoyed a cup of coffee in the cushioned rocking chairs on the back patio and saw a Bewick wren and gamble quail. Later drinks with friends at the outdoor sofa and chairs. Nice neighbor for walking, golf and birdwatching ”
