“This was the perfect venue for Anzac weekend for a group of family and friends. Peaceful part of the river, away from the incessant jetskis, but still close enough to Mannum to duck into town for top-up supplies when required.Our dog loved running around the safely fenced front and back yards and enjoyed the weekend as much as we did! We made good use of the decked balcony to sit and while away lazy hours over shared food, conversation, and board games. Two kayaks provided a reason to get out……

We were incredibly grateful for their extra efforts—fresh bread and homemade cakes to celebrate our anniversary were such a thoughtful touch. It was a joy to watch their daughter with her horses and to see the beautiful Highland cows. The tent was perfect upon arrival, and overall, we’d give Albert a 10/10 for his hospitality and care. “We had a lovely stay. House was beautiful and spacious and had a ton of stuff for the kids to play with or read. Grassy area was perfect for cricket or kicking a football and there was a large property to explore. Cosy indoor wood burner capped it off. Thoroughly recommend to others.”

“Although the property is a bit dated it was very clean and comfortable. It was very expensive for the room but we stayed in a busy weekend so to be expected”
