I didn't have any problem with the hotel room itself. I had a run in with the front desk staff when we first arrived. First, we can't go inside the lobby, we have to stand at a window outside and we barely can hear them through the window. When I go on trips, I order my rooms so far ahead, so I forgot if I booked for accessible. I asked him can I get a room on the first floor because my mom can't walk up the stairs. He got an attitude and said that he would have to see what he have. I then asked if they hav elevators he said no. I became frustrated because his attitude was nasty. My cousin was standing there and told him well if he didn't have anything on the first floor we couldn't stay there. That is when he became really upset. He came back to the window and told me that he would charge me a $50 deposit and the room price. I gave him my card and told him to let me unlock it. He swiped my card and then I locked it back. I was still scrolling through my phone when he swiped it again and got upset because it declined. I hear him yell out is your card unlock because I received a $10 charge because it declined. I started yelling back and said I thought you swipe for both at one time, so when my phone said the payment came out I lock it back. I told him that customer service is everything and if he going to be at the front desk, he need to adjust his attitude. I never had any bad experience booking a room through Expedia. Then that is when he started calming down.
