So unfortunately, I didn't actually stay here. A few days prior there had been a natural gas explosion that affected 39,000 customers. This hotel was one of those customers as was every other hotel in the area. When I went to check in, the first thing the front desk associate, Helen did was inform me they didn't have any hot water. She was super nice and very apologetic. She even took a phone call from Expedia and helped to get my non-refundable room, refunded. I didn't make it far into the hotel, but from what I could see, it was clean and tidy. The parking lot was clean and the hotel was easy to find. Even though i wasnt able tonstay, I would definitely stay here again because of the hospitality.
