满意：住宿条件和设施，清洁度
The staff at the welcome desk as well as the maintenance staff were all welcoming and accommodating.
My husband and I as well as three other couples stayed the weekend to attend a concert. We spent our first day enjoying the downtown area and having lunch at local restaurant. Then we spent the late afternoon sitting and having cocktails in the lounge part of the restaurant prior to ordering dinner. The wait staff were all friendly as well as the bartender, but the manager on duty was not. She was condescending to us and our guests and did not make us feel welcomed at all. While there, we witnessed the bar tender being called to the back by her and coming back to the bar looking like she had been crying. We spoke to a family member that lives in the Tupelo areas who shared with us that some of her friends have had similar experiences there, so it sounds like ours was not an isolated experience.
My other complaint is more of a suggestion than a complaint. For the price of the nightly rate of the rooms, I would suggest there should be some type of quality coffee available for guests in the lobby area for the mornings. The coffee in the room was not a good quality nor was what is being served in the breakfast area. The nearest coffee shop with good coffee was two blocks away which myself and our friends ended up walking to for our coffee both mornings that we were there.
