“Overall, my family and I loved staying at the Bear Den. It was only 3-4 minutes from town and had all the amenities we were looking for. The house was very clean and spacious, which was great for our family of 7. The host was also very responsive when we had questions which made for a great experience. ”

“Absolutely beautiful place inside and out. We so enjoyed our stay. There was 8 of us and there was so much space for gatherings in the house, the kitchen is open with plenty of seating and open to the living room with even more space. Outside had a great patio for barbequing and of course a fire pit area with plenty of firewood to get busy making s’mores! We brought our boat along, and come to find out it’s one of the cleanest lake in the Adirondacks, we did some water skiing and tubing. We did……

“Perfect mountain cabin with all the amenities. Tastefully decorated. Very cute place for a romantic or escape vacation. Short walk to the lake front. Use of good kayaks and life vests. Panfish, bass, and pike in the lake. (I caught some). Backyard with a fire pit and torch lights. Other fire pit on your private water front. Property manager was very cool. Quiet and peaceful hideaway the way you want it. Few miles south of Old Forge. ”
