“住宿整體感覺良好，地方可以再乾淨啲，主人房套廁地上有別人留下的指甲，客廳地上有頭髮及灰塵，赤腳行走腳板會變成全灰黑色，水煲很污糟，要清洗多次才乾淨，洗衣服要到隔離Blk 2極不方便，廚房設備齊全。”

“Centrally located, rooms were spacious and clean, good value for money but don’t expect this is a hotel; it’s more like a youth hostel. Reception only opens half day (check in only until 3:30pm) and we had a hard time reaching out to the staff..no one replies any email before arrival.”

“Sehr schöne Größe in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn. Auch die S-Bahn liegt sehr nahe. Viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten sind relativ schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. ”

“維也納是中心，搭輕軌走路近市區都方便，房間布置得很用心，乾淨舒是每日也有櫃檯人員有問題都可以隨時提問，可以隨時以email連絡回復都很快速，廚房用具等都很乾淨新穎，住到捨不得離開。 Great location in Vienna City Center, staff are helpful and super friendly. This is not a hotel, but this service apartment also have front desk staff there to help. Room is very cozy with lots of detail decorations in room. Kitchen facility and washing machine are clean and nice too! Wish we could have more days to stay. ”

“The hotel is next to no. 2 tram station. Very convenient. The pillow is too flat and soft. Extraordinary good service as I need some printing service and the staff allow me to do the printing for free! Breakfast buffet also excellent.”

“The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to public transport. The lobby is clean, light and airy. The room is quiet, tidy and clean but quite basic when it comes to amenities. There is an air conditioner, a flat screen TV and a hairdryer but no mini safe, minibar or an electric water kettle. Rebecca at the reception helped us check in quick and easy on the first day. She was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Rebecca is without doubt the best we have experienced at……
