"The check in staff didn’t inform us the elevator was out until AFTER we checked in and paid. Our room was on the 3rd floor! my wife and I are both in our 60’s with bad backs. We had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs. No accommodations were made. Not even a discount on our ..."

"This hotel was so easy to connect with! I liked that they sent a text to be easy to reach if we needed anything. Sound didn't travel well between rooms so it was nice and quiet. Altogether a great stay!"

"We used this as a home base to explore the NW New Mexico, SW Colorado area. Clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, master bedroom very cozy, and room to relax after a day of sightseeing.Check in and out, communication with the host a breeze.We loved it!"
