“Having booked this hotel with very low expectations I was blown away by its facilities and 5* restaurant. The staff were fantastic, rooms exceptionally clean and restaurant was the best in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend. The hotel Kunz offers exceptional value for money and easy parking which is always welcome especially as i was in a large van.”

“A wonderful hotel with a view that could not be matched in the area. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend as it was quite warm outside. The view from the terrace should not be missed. The property is a stone’s throw from old castle ruins (free) and an underground sandstone quarry (there is an admission fee), as well as a short walk from the old town. Full disclosure: the hotel is on the top of a hill. While the walk into town was all downhill and relatively easy, the……

“Le séjour c'est très bien passé. Si le VVF mérite effectivement un petit rafraichissement, il est néanmoins propre et tout à fait confortable. Le site quant à lui est vraiment sympathique avec l'étang, les nombreuses possibilités de randonnées, ainsi que le Parc TEPACAP (accrobranches) dans la même rue. Bref, je recommande.”

“I was extremely happy with my stay at Hotel Landgrafen-Mühle. My room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and reasonably priced. The hotel is very well run, and the staff was super helpful and friendly (and English speaking). Picturesque property, best schnitzel I had in Germany, and wonderful quiet. I left feeling calmed and recharged. A true gem, and I couldn’t recommend it more.”

“Gut gelegen, Restaurants in der Nähe, nicht weit von der Autobahn entfernt. Rezeption dürftig besetzt, aber telefonisch gut erreichbar, also nicht das Problem wenn man Annonymität mag. Kann man machen für die Durchreise.”

“Die Unterkunft ist sauber und Modern Das Frühstück ist für 6,5 Euro echt günstig da man. So viel essen kann wie Mann will. Die Umgebung ist so naja also direkt am Hotel gibt es nur gegenüber ein Bäcker und sonst ja muss Mann halt etwas mit dem Auto fahren um zum Supermarkt usw zu kommen. Aber die Natur außerhalb der Stadt ist natürlich mega und deswegen wahren wir auch da . Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und der endlose Wald.”
