“If you need a quiet area for a peaceful mind this is the place for you. I spent 3 days there I felt like I was home. The view is breathtaking where you can explore the city etc…. I will stay there again if I go back to st Thomas. Libby is very nice and great host. The only thing you will need to go out to eat since the restaurant doesn’t open everyday specially during my stay. I can say I enjoyed my stay at island view guest house I hope to seeing you again Libby ”

“This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. ”

“The hotel has an old world Charm. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful with organizing transportation. ”

“The rooms are really great and everything is clean. The slightly weird thing is there are still hurricane wrecks around the property. We dont mind that a bit and stay here all the time. The kitchenette is excellent for the 3 or 4 day work trips we do here. ”

“Amazing view, loved the style with dark wood trim/doors, arches and turret windows. Comfy bed, soft sheets, loved the stone patio and nooks. Had a grwat breeze and no need for a/c. Slept with windows open and could here the wind, waves, birds and frogs. Great time, so relaxing.”
