“This is evidently an apartment building now used as long-term housing, perhaps for oil field workers. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. No one answered when we knocked on the apt. marked "Office" in order to check in. We then telephoned, but voicemail box was full. We explained our plight to one of the long term residents, who said manager also owned farm supply company across the street, and that he might be there. He wasn't, but woman had come in after hours to help an emergency customer. She tried……

“We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern. They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???”
