“The tiny home was exactly as pictured. All the necessities such as cookware, shampoo/conditioner and coffee maker were provided. Beds were comfy (even the pullout couch). High ceilings made it feel It was surprisingly spacious. Staff was very attentive as well. We arrived late evening and couldn't get the lock to open. Turned out to be user error, but the property manager came right out to make sure we could get in and was very nice about it. Wonderful place to stay.”

“Because the address is Williams, we were pleasantly surprised that this tiny house was not 50 miles from the Grand Canyon. Cute and clean with everything we needed to make dinner and relax after a very long day of flying, driving, and hiking. ”

“My husband and I stayed here for 3 days while we explored the Grand Canyon area and it was the perfect little retreat outside of busier outside park area. Beautiful sunrises over the mountains, and a nice fire pit area for enjoying the stars at night too! All of the little details are covered to make your stay relaxing and care free. The front porch was an amazing bonus spot to relax too. Having the washer and drier helped us to pack lighter and leave with clean clothes. This would definitely……

“Love the location. Close to the south entrance of the canyon. Very clean and beautiful view. ”

“Where to start. Trying to get out to the site alone was a struggle. Thankfully there wasn’t an emergency where we needed to get to the main road quickly. The property had leaks all over. We even had water leaks on the mattresses we were supposed to sleep on. The propane heater didn’t work and the wood burning furnace was not nearly big enough to heat anything beyond sitting right in front of it. All of the heated blankets didn’t work. Forget about showering, 5 gallons of cold water was not……

“My stay was very short, one night. The place is very nice and cozy. Very clean. Small as advertised. An experience I was looking forward to! The negative things I would say are that the dishes need to be done by hand, no dish clothes, and the garbage needs taking out, yet there is an envelope for tips.”

“Mom, Dad, 2 adult kids and their significant others spent 4 nights here while visiting the Grand Canyon over Labor Day weekend. The host was awesome as well as the home. Would definitely recommend staying here! It was nice to be away from the crowds in the GC Village. ”
