“Property not as described. 2 story home with no AC on second floor and turning on the ac “full blast” does not resolve the issue. Broken brick and glass columns entrance way, grass knee high with glass in the yard, neighborhood homes with trash and broken down cars, backyard has building/shed with broken door and windows, doorways and windows with wooden shims/framing that are wet inside leading to cracks to see through to outside. “The cottage has been totally redone. Modern clean looking. It has the comforts of home. Our host responded promptly to out inquires. It was a much better choice than a hotel for our football weekend. Additionally it was a quick ride to the Capstone parking deck for the game. I would stay here again. ”
