“This home was the absolute perfect spot for our family of 4 to meet up with our best friends (also a family of 4). There is plenty of room, the dining table accommodates big group meals, and the view was just incredible. We enjoyed hiking in the area and would love to come back! Wonderfully responsive host and the bed was so comfortable. ”

“This was a great stay! It is exactly as described and like reviews say, amazing. The dome is in the back of the RV area so you get a nice view and plenty of space. They bring firewood and other amenities if you need. We flew kites are n the field, checked out the tree house, and it was only a 8 minute walk to the bath house and the beach/lake which was very nice! We had fun on the inflatables! They have a trail, golf on an island in the lake, fishing, rentals for water stuff, and golf carts. We……

“My family and I stayed at this beautiful mountain home over the Memorial Day weekend. This location is truly magical. A hidden gem. Far enough away that you get to get away from it all and dive into nature, but close enough to be able to seek out the culture of Asheville and surrounding areas. The communication from the owners was great and informative and the house was comfy and well-appointed. We wanted to stay longer.”

“We needed somewhere to unwind that we could also take our three fur babies. Couldn't have asked for a better escape! The sunrises, the sunsets, The horses right out the window. Just enough modern convenience blended in to an 1880's escape. Our fur babies loved the walks of the gravel driveway every morning and night. The horses would come over to greet us. Cuddling up to a warm fire was just the perfect touch to end each day. We plan to come back!”

“beautiful cabin, beautiful scenery, very accommodating hosts. only problem is there is a one lane road to get to the cabin and construction at the bottom . we had to back half way down the mountain due to a large construction truck coming in as we were leaving. there is no way to turn around or pull off the road, so backing down the mountain is the only alternative, We will visit again but with the traffic situation in mind.”

“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the last mile or so of the drive getting to the cabin and the driveway. The final stretch of road is dirt and quite muddy when it rains. The driveway is very steep and difficult to back out of. We brought our 24 Silverado ZR2 lifted truck and my steps still scraped a little backing out of the driveway. Luckily we brought my truck on the trip because a car wouldn’t have made it. There is a spot to park at the top of the property though if……
