“While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right……

“Un hôtel en construction où ils terminent les derniers bungalows. L'accueil et le service de Janice est irréprochable, mais l'hôtel est situé au milieu de nul part à 5 km de la ville une assurance pour le calme. Les chambres sont très petites, sans réfrigérateur, sans eau chaude, sans même une barre pour faire sécher les serviettes. Le petit déjeuner est fait par Janice mais le thé est absent. ”

“Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. The self-parking was a lie too because they charged me P700 for two days of parking for the space assigned to the unit. The unit was fine but could use more cleaning and upkeep.
