SHARED Laundry onsite, Private covered patio with gas firepit, comfortable couch, grill and table for outdoor dining. Covered carport for (1) vehicle. Pre-Approved Dog w/fee.

The Space:
#StayinMyDistrict Twin Falls Bright & Sunny Bungalow. Convenient to Downtown, College of Southern Idaho, local shopping & dining. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, grocery and a convenience store within 5 blocks of the home. This 1900’s bungalow features both modern updates and historical charm. Approx. 1200 ft.² featuring 3 KING beds & 1 full bath. Tile, hardwood and fresh paint throughout give the home a clean contemporary feel. Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, made with guests comfort in mind, make this the perfect HOME away from HOME! **NOTE: this is a bungalow with a separate basement apartment below. There will often be other guests at the property!

Fully stocked kitchen allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring updated tile surfaces and full size stainless appliances including refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with seating for (4) and a bar with (4) bar stools.

Bright and spacious living area featuring comfortable couch with chaise lounge and converts to a queen size sofa sleeper. Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! Open seating area with large windows bring in plenty of light and provides a comfy nook for reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.

Front sun room doubles as a bright work space. Large desk and comfortable chair allow for a private office space surrounded by windows.

Three PRIVATE bedrooms. **ALL 3 bedrooms are furnished with comfortable KING mattresses with clean & crisp linens, each room featuring it’s own unique style. There is closet space for hanging clothes and storing guests personal items.

Bright and clean bath including a tile shower, new finishes and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!

Washer & Dryer for guests use in a separate common area, that is shared with the basement apartment.

Private covered outdoor space with cozy gas fire pit for a cool night on the patio with comfortable seating. There is also a BBQ grill, grilling utensils and plastic cups/dishes, table with seating for outdoor dining, and plenty of space to relax. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee by the fire, while the kids (or adults :) make smores!

There is also a nice sitting area on front porch and plenty of yard that is SHARED with the basement apartment. Each space has it's own private outdoor space so that guests can enjoy as they please.

Pack n play, is available on request.

*Up to (1) pre-approved, well-behaved Dog allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $50. We do NOT accept Cats due to severe allergies. Please notify us if you are bringing your pet AND be sure to read and understand our Pet Policy.

NOTE: This is a main level home on one level. There is a separate basement apartment on the property and there may be other guests present. Both units have completely private and separate entrances.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private home, SHARED laundry facilities, private covered outdoor patio & some SHARED yard.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, between Downtown and the College of Southern Idaho. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with older homes. Many of the homes are being updated and remodeled as the neighborhood has started to gain more popularity. Blue Lakes Boulevard is the main throughway in the City of Twin Falls and is ½ mile from the home. Blue Lakes Blvd has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Magic Valley Mall, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Costco. Nearby parks include Harrison Park, Barry Park and Frontier Park.
Historic Downtown Twin Falls (1 mile) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. A recent revitalization brought new businesses and a community common space for events – including a splash pad for families. Patrons will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers have started to crave walkability the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.
Some popular downtown events include Western Days, Twin Falls Old Town Criterium, Oktoberfest, Twin Falls Light Parade and more.
The Perrine Bridge (2.5 miles) is the most famous bridge in Idaho and the fourth largest arch bridge in the United States. It is 1,500 feet long and crosses 486 feet above the floor of the Snake River Canyon. The bridge has walkways for pedestrians to walk out on and enjoy the spectacular view.
Located in Southern Idaho, 130 miles from Boise, Twin Falls is best known for Shoshone Falls, the Niagara of the West, and bountiful outdoor adventures. ... Getting Around:
The property is centrally located and has a Walk Score of 57 out of 100. This location is Somewhat Walkable so some errands that can be accomplished on foot. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within .5 miles of the house. The location is approximately 1 mile from College of Southern Idaho, 1 mile to downtown historical shopping district, and 2.5 miles to Magic Valley Mall,.
Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access; Sun Valley approx. 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks. 45 min to Hagerman.
There is a local airport but most people fly into Boise (1hr 15min) or SLC (2.5 hr).

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Up to (1) pre-approved well-behaved Dog allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet. Please notify us if you are bringing your pet AND be sure to read and understand our Pet Policy.
PET POLICY
We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable

We came to Twin Falls, looking to stay in a safe, clean, family, friendly environment, where our dog would be welcome.This was a lovely option fulfilled. Everything we needed. Amenities were great kitchen had everything we needed already beds are comfortable.

Well stocked kitchen. Located in the middle of town, so just a quick drive to everything. We were really looking forward to the backyard but it was too cold and windy during our visit to use it. I didn't realize when I booked it that it was a split rental and there would be renters downstairs- which is my fault for not reading the details more carefully. The rental areas were separate, with locks on our own doors and we never saw the other renters. One of the books sitting out was Where the Sidewalk Ends. My 8 year old spent a good amount of time reading it and now it is one of his favorite books, so thanks for that!

Amy and her team have a BEAUTIFUL home located close to everything in Twin Falls! It was extremely comfortable for our family trip.. We really enjoyed the outdoor space!! Communicating with Amy and her team was SUPER easy and they did a great job for responding quickly! I would absolutely stay here again!

Place was nice and the beds were really comfortable. The shower had good power. The floors need some serious cleaning! Neighborhood seemed a little rough, a lot of dogs running around. Otherwise it was a good place for us to meet up and spend time.

We loved this place. Plenty of parking. Lots of rooms for the whole family. The place was decorated very cute, and the management was great. It was cold outside, but they had a great outside area for BBQing. WE are looking to go back this summer, and the location is perfect for stores, food and seeing family. We will keep this on our list to stay again.

The house is fixed up nicely and the patios are great. Parking is a little tight for anything but a smaller car. Be aware there will be guests in the basement at the same time, but we didn't notice any noise. The house is clean and the beds were comfortable. My only caution would be to review closely all of the extra costs when checking out. Those took the cost higher than I was expecting.

The listing said free street parking however the neighborhood does not have good street parking right near the house. The neighborhood is very run down so we just had to hope our vehicles were ok. We only stayed one night, which is good since I would not have wanted to stay more.
