Key Lime Condo in Coral House. 1/2 block to the beach --- Tybee Island's wide white-sand beach. Large porch. Privacy fence.

This apartment is on two levels. On the ground level is a king bedroom, a living/kitchen area, and a bathroom. A spiral stairway leads from the living area to the loft where you will find a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the back yard. This is not a large condo and is not for large groups. For maximum comfort we have limited occupancy to 4 people.

The loft and balcony are on the middle level of the house. Another apartment is above. We have provided sound insulation between the apartments, but loud noises and heavy footsteps can still carry from above.

A beach access ramp is at the end of our block. The ramp crosses about 50 feet of dunes and ends on the beach. Just as close is another beach access where you are allowed to walk a path through the dunes to the beach.
