“This was a great experience. We will be back. Everything was perfect. The valet service was so easy and their customer service was great. One tip— Using the unit key code entry was the only thing that we had to figure out…you have to “wake up” the key pad so when you enter the first number of the sequence it doesn’t actually work, it just wakes it up, then you enter it. Not a big deal and the ONLY negative thing, which is not a big deal at all—but hoping it helps the next person. Thanks……

“The Location was great, area perfect... You could walk to all areas of downtown Cincinnati. I met with friends and family. Which was and issue with the owner. He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. “The apartment was great and well-appointed. We live out in the country, so it was pretty loud for us even past midnight with street traffic. Neighborhood was mostly good and parking in the garage was convenient and within a five minute walk.”

“We had a great experience staying at the Sophia Lofts! Our apartment was very clean and nice. Although, the best part was the customer service! They were very friendly and quick to answer any all questions. They even brought over clean sheets for us due to us having 7 in our party, so that we could use them on the couch and air mattresses if we needed to. “Great location for downtown activities and first ring suburbs. Spacious 2 BR. Comfortable beds. Older building. Quite a few steps involved. Free parking on street. Sometime you can hear beautiful piano music .... Very relaxing”

“This OTR apartment is located within walking distance to a month’s worth of bars, restaurants and shops. It was clean, comfortable, stylishly decorated and well equipped with thoughtful amenities. There was no noticeable street noise during our stay. Street parking can be a pain but the unit comes with a parking pass at a nearby (2 min walk) garage that makes the best out of the situation. The unit is well represented by the description and pictures. The host was responsive although we had……

“The code we were given did not work so we had to call to get a new code. This was only a minor hiccup as the host was easy to communicate with and got us right in. The home was as advertised and convenient to the University. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. ”
