“The post of the condo looked nice so we book this for my moms 60th birthday surprise. I had asked the host if we could check in early due to our flight arrival. I know sometimes this isn't possible so no biggie but never hurts to ask. The host said they could get us in 2 hours early but it would be a 50 charge which was ok but we had decided we would just wait and go grab lunch while we waited instead. Check in was supposed to be at 4 so we went to the house a little early so we could find it.……

“The GPS brought me to a parking lot. I called the owner, DeeDee, and it was as if she'd never been there before. I told her where I was standing and she had no idea what I was talking about. The check-in was pretty easy. the concierge was friendly. I get into the unit on the 17th floor and upon enter the unit looked nice, but then it went down hill after that. The place looked NOTHING like the picture. It had completely different furnishing and set up. 1. No towel bars on bathroom wall or in……

“Reserved for my daughter's 21st birthday for one night for the meeting spot for a night on the town in Atlanta. Host communicated throughout the entire process and answered any inquiries quickly. The place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Location seemed sketchy at first, but my daughter stated that she felt safe during the entire stay. Location is perfect. Will definitely stay again. ”
