“Check in was bad and the welcome not good due to us booking on hotels.com and the manager did not know how to claim the free nights I had and booked for it. Then she tried to tell us we had to pay and later came to sort of apologize but just not a good reception Management is really bad at your property and the place is going backwards as no one sees to it that things get repaired in the cabins or that cleanlines is maintained. We sent an email and then a maintenance guy did come however he……

“The place is good cause we needed privacy and away from town, but the place was not clean. In the bathroom the arr spider webs and ant hills under basin. We stayed for 2 days and the linen was not changed, the was dust on the study table and the pedestals. When you drain water from the tub or flash the is a awful smell dont know from where. But the receptionist Melody, she was the best 10/10.”

“This property exceeded our expectations. The friendly owners communicated with us through the whole stay via whatsapp. It was clean and had everything we needed. The scenery was beyond beautiful with the sound of the river just outside. Also the illusion of being in a tree house, it was just phenominal. During this pandemic, it was really a breath of fresh air. We will definitely book again and tell our family, friends and colleagues. Thank you for such an amazing stay, your property is just top……

“Heerlijke en vooral rustige ligging in een chaletpark aan de Olifanstrivier. Vanuit de tuin kun je nijlpaarden, vervetmonkeys, nyala´s en nog veel meer andere dieren zien lopen. Ook veel vogels aan de rivierkant. Vriendelijke hulp. Het enige jammere is dat wij 300 ZAR per wasbeurt een beetje aan de dure kant vonden. Gelukkig zijn daar andere alternatieven voor. We komen zeker terug! Genoten!!!! Ge”
