“Upon our arrival apartment did not look like it was cleaned, floor still had stains,  balcony glass sliding doors was all dirty. They claimed because it was raining the day before, we arrived late in the afternoon on a sunny day. They offered to clean the apartment the next day in the evening, but we did not want for anyone to start cleaning while we live in there.  we only would have had 2 more days left to stay.  On our arrival there were no towels, no toilet papers, no garbage bags and no……

“The hotel is roughly 30 mins walk from the central train station which was still manageable. Just 5 mins walk to the beach and I enjoyed a stroll there very much. It was an amazing experience from the moment of checking-in, surprised by coffee and snack. The happy hour, consisting of selection of canapes and wine was certainly a delight. Room was spacious and complimentary amenity kit was given. In-room Jacuzzi was wonderful. Watching sunset at the rooftop was also enjoyable. Breakfast was truly……

“Great location. Only complaint is that early in the morning at 7 am I wanted to shower and there was no hot water. Apparently the heater was off and it took a while for the water to become hot. In a hotel of this caliber, the heater should always be on so there’s always hot water.”

“The room is small and compact, but everything in the room is well organized and with high quality. I like the salon level hair drier. It should be a very pleasant stay if the bike thing didn't occur. I borrowed the bike from the hotel, and ride it to the bus station where I took the bus for one day Dead Sea tour. My flight is 10pm at that day, the tour usually ends 6:30pm, I thought I have enough time to ride the bike back to the hotel(6 minutes ride) and get the luggage. However, the tour……
