“Will definately stay here next tome i am in Quezon, the staff are super friendly and the cleaning staff had my room impeccably clean, it was the cleanest 'Residence' out of several i had stayed in in the 2 weeks i stayed in Quezon wish i had of gone there first. ”

“Good place to stay. Although the building is old, the room is clean. It is a no frills hotel but definitely good value for the money. The staff are really helpful and friendly. It is walking distance to SM North EDSA and incredibly conveniently located to everything.”

“Our stay was great! The reservation officer and receptionist gave us a good welcoming. Hotels.com was charging us so much more for rebooking but when I called and emailed the hotel, they gladly waived the fees being a local resident and Christmas spirit. They were kind enough to free us of extra charges amounting to P1,699.00 for rebooking. Thanks to Ms. MARY of Reservation Dept. of North Pointe Residences who made sure we are updated with infos and confirmations of our stay The hotel is nice……

“A lot of things went wrong for this booking. The owner kept us aware that we should not say we rented a unit through a website and that we would not be able to go through the main lobby to enter but rather was snuck through the back exit doorway. When we got there it wasn’t even the unit we reserved. Instead of a 2 bedroom unit that was posted we were given a studio unit. They also refused to at least give us some receipt for the deposit and expected us to rely on their word that they would……
