“Great location on the river. Pu, who works at the front desk is the best. The rest of the staff are nice, but not very easy to communicate with. The food is ok, but don't expect a large menu. If you stay here, be prepared to have your own transportation. Definitely rent a car or motorcycle. The rooms are great for the price, and the pool is decent. Hope you like cats, they are everywhere.”

“Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. ”

“UDON公車總站，位在市區相對外圍處，離這邊有點遠，大概坐車要8~10分鐘左右，不過T3飯店平行的大馬路，有車行出租汽車和摩托車，對於喜歡自由行租車的人來說，也算是方便了。另外如果是搭飛機，這邊去機場滿近的。”
