We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hava! Everything from the property to the outstanding staff to the food, spa and surrounding area was superb. We did the cooking class onsite and had so much fun- the staff really made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!!

Hava Ubud is a great hotel and the staff are incredibly friendly and there to assist you with all matters. In particular, Arie, was always there to help us, great us, and make sure we were all good. The hotel is nearby restaurants and so I would say it’s best to eat outside as the breakfast and food at the hotel isn’t the best. The pool is lovely and relaxing when there aren’t kids running around and throwing stones. This would be the perfect hotel if it was adults only - it was hard to relax at times.

Buffet breakfast with a la carte menu was phenomenal! Everyday fresh fruits and pastries, plus a menu to order off from.
Fresh juices and fruit for breakfast!
Beautiful pool area, new deck being installed.
Rooms were very clean and beautiful. Room service and cleaning daily- sometimes evening cleaning offered as well. Fresh fruit in the room with cleanings.

We had an excellent stay at the Hava. Excellent hospitality, the staff are caring and kind. The food was excellent. We had a room with a private pool, I do not think it was necessary; the lounge chairs were wet the whole time we were there; our last day we told the concierge and they were quickly changed- we should have asked sooner! Be careful entering the pools because the step is very high and there are no bars to hold onto ( that is the only improvement I would suggest to this hotel).

This is a beautiful property. The staff are so kind, friendly and attentive. The rooms are lovely. They were a bit damp but no fault of hotel. It’s rainy season and monsoon rain. Only cons were the selection of food in restaurant and there is construction at the pool that we were not aware of until we arrived. Once this is complete it will be a non issue for pool space a noise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
