Awesome Staff Customer Service

Well the highway was shut down on June 15, 2017, I was trying to drive from hwy 4 to Tofinoi to attend the Wedding on the 16th, the motel cancelled my room for the 15th without charging me. On the 16th when the hwy reopen, check male front desk staff was very friendly, offer me iron, quick check in. He even give me an option to see if I want to have a room for the next day.

The location was excellent only a short walk to everything in town from restaurants, cafes and liquor store (across the road). Ample parking and easy access to the room. Good internet and the bed was very comfortable and well maintained by room staff. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Excellent management and extremely helpful. On the downside it was a bit old but some might find that quirky. The toilet was made for K-3. A small child would find it about right for size. If you have new knees you might be OK.

Overall, things are good. Small items: No electrical outlet near the nightstand to plug in medical item needed during sleep, or cell phone. It would help to have it. Lots of tv channels but no apparent way to select closed captioning.

The check in was very quick and easy. Dario and Lydia are very warm and friendly. This is not a glitzy, fancy place but our room was very clean and well maintained. There was a fridge and coffeemaker, with coffee pods and lots of outlets for your various devices. Overall, the feel of the place is comfy and cozy. Lots of great dining options within walking distance.

Thevroom is very spacious and accomodates a king bed. The room is well appointed. Doesn't seem to have air conditioning but the windows open and a nice breeze. Restaurants within walking distance.

No AC. One bed missing bottom sheet. Chute (laundry) by our room and very loud. No deadbolt on our door (but were on many others). A wrapper under one of the beds (indicator of cleaning thoroughness). OK overall.
