Listing on VRBO did not disclose there is a tenant living in the basement so you don’t have the house to yourself. Also does not disclose quiet hours. Would be helpful to also add a host book with WiFi code, but our 5G worked fine. Also VRBO has listed as 1 bedroom, but it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
