“A really great property for a short stay. Minor issues with design dropped the score. Bathroom set up meant the shower flooded the toilet floor whenever used - wet surfaces whenever you use it after a shower and potential slip hazards. The rest of the room was excellent, large, stylish, comfy bed and all the amenities you need. Not much around except the beach 2 blocks away ”

“The resort is lovely with a number of places to eat nearby. The apartment is best suited for families with teenagers not young children as the rooms are not adjoining. They have separate access. The apartment is part of the resort but privately owned so reception will not attend to any queries. One of the access cards wouldn’t enable access to pools. The bathroom tap in studio constantly ran. Rather than fixing it, there was a sign stating that the tap drips with tips of how to fix it -“turn……

“This is my 2nd time to stay in here. The property is clean, quiet and close to shops and restaurants. Also, the staff are helpful. Definitely a lovely spot for beach holiday. ”

“Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Bowerbird! The studio was really cozy and well quipped with everything you need for a couple of nights. The property is amazing with a huge backyard and beautiful sitting spaces outside. Its perfect if you’re looking for a secluded staycation!”

“Great location. Didn’t release the property was on the bottom floor so was nervous re safety. There was a big beautiful bath which was amazing. Room condition a little tired but overall good and clean. ”

“The waterfall was beautiful and only a short walk away. The cabin we stayed in was stunning and well used during the rain with its huge verandah. We would have stayed forever but unfortunately we ran out of money! Teressa was wonderful and we hope to chat again over a cuppa tea next time when she is not rushed. ”
