“I stayed here for five nights and it was amazing. I even had a balcony with a view! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location with convenient stores nearby and walking distance to all the things I wanted to see. Plus the bed was so comfy I wish I could have taken it back home with me. If I'm ever in Mongolia again, I'm 100% staying here and I recommended this place as well.”
“Great location, hotel staffs were approachable. The only issue I found is they talk softly that I can barely hear them. The premier restaurant however needs staffs improvement. I went for lunch sat down no one came until I ask the menu. As I observed maybe that’s the way they do business because they never approached a customers while I was there. No one came to me “how’s your meal?” Or anything just to “break the ice”. Food is great but needs to improve on staff-customers relationships. I won’t……
“Overall affordable stay near city center - a 25min walk to Black Market and other points of interest. The staff speak VERY LIMITED English so communication was not the easiest. The facilities are a bit worn - on the first night there was a leak from my ceiling AC and bits of the ceiling fell. The hotel gave me a new room right away, but the new room had missing amenities like towels and soap and the running water was yellow (likely due to pipe rusting). The door was also not fully functional and……

“Great hotel located about 20 minutes walk from Sukhbaatar Square. Rooms are clean and good sized. Hotel staff recommend Camber Star tours for a daytrip to Chinggis Khaan statue and Turtle Rock which was an excellent trip. Also, Gandantegchinlen Monastery is close by. ”
