The location is nice to walk to the center of the city ( as you may know, the heavy traffic jams in Ulaanbaatar) and has a cozy supermarket on the first floor, then 1min on foot to the 24-hour convenience store. “The room was booked and paid for through Expedia with receipts.
They failed to check me in.
I even asked to just start a new booking so I could at least go and sleep while he tried to work it out.
In the end I had to go to another hotel.”
“I booked Welcome Happy Guest House via Expedia for June 13–15 and emailed multiple times about check-in around 2:45 AM on June 14—but received no reply.
When I arrived, there was no reservation, the owner was unreachable, and I was left stranded with nowhere to stay.
This was unprofessional and felt like a complete scam. Avoid this place at all costs.”
"unfortunately, the room had no air condition, therefore i cancelled the rest of my stay and went to another hotel. I have to say the lobby is abit old but the rooms were nice. Pity about the air condition otherwise i would have been happy to stay there."
