“Couldn’t sleep during nights due to constant noise outside during late nights ”

“Unfortunately cancelled due to corona virus risks. HomeAway and Host very sympathetic and helpful varying cancellation refund policy. Hope to visit in future instead. 5 stars all round as rating for each “required” but did not actually have full experience😢”

“Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow.……

“We traveled 5 hours to get to this hotel. We got here very late into the night. At first we were so amazed by how beautiful the outside of the complex looked. Excited to have a relaxing time. But from the moment we entered the apartment it was a disappointment. We were greeted by a swam of mosquitos. We did not sleep a single night here. Our kids were feasted on by the mosquitos in this complex. Two of kids got sick No matter what we did we couldn’t get rid of the mosquitos. The mangers and the……
