Beautiful and inviting holiday home with summer kitchen.



Look forward to your family holiday in this beautiful and charming holiday home near Umbertide. Here you can simply unwind and enjoy the wonderful ambience. The beautifully designed dining kitchen is the centrepiece of the apartment and invites you to cook and socialise together. The garden is also a green oasis where you can sit down with a cool drink or sunbathe. The outdoor kitchen also offers you the luxury of preparing your meals outdoors and simply enjoying the dolce vita.



Organise your holiday as you wish and look forward to hiking, cycling and golfing. You can also explore Lake Trasimeno and its park, go boating and discover the small islands. Visit the beautiful town of Perguia and stroll through the streets and alleyways of the historic centre, enjoy a gelato and learn more about the history of the town!

Had a lovely stay at Palazzetto Nesse. The owners were very thoughtful and helpful. Their attention to details and little welcoming presents were much appreciated. The house is very clean, charming and cosy. I loved relaxing in the backyard garden between the sightseeing journeys. It was a great place to explore Umbria and the surroundings.
