“Very convenient location, good services. But the entrance of hotel is inside the shopping mall and not conspicuous more instruction will be prefect. Furthermore, the deposit and tax is required when you check-in and check-out, if the app has indication would be nice.”

“The hotel was a little understaffed, but they did their best to provide the best service to their guests. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our rooms twice a day. Shoutout to Mr. Aoki from Guest Services for perfectly arranging all the transportation and box deliveries for us as well as Mr. Munuir from Guest Services for helping out with luggages and transportation after check-out. Some staff from Guest Services were less helpful and tried to avoid taking responsibility but I'm very glad……

“Good experience in this hotel. Just near Higashi-Umeda Station and walk 10 minutes distance to Osaka-Umeda Station. Big shopping mall like Hankyu, Lucua is near by to hotel. Wine lover absolutely like this place because many izakaya are located in the shopping street but not noisy while sleeping. It’s quite good. Hotel breakfast delicious and various choice. It is worth to add breakfast option. All staffs are quite polite, friendly and helpful. Also can enjoy the spa service in breakfast floor……

“近十三站，樓下食市便利店也有，去梅田只需一個站，交通方便，大堂24小時提供免費咖啡，房間隔音合格，每層有自設櫃選枕頭。但有幾點扣分的地方。第一點房間太多鏡了，大門位置已有連身鏡，但睡眠區的分隔門上又有一塊連身鏡，還要對住睡床的。第二點房間佈局不實用，淋浴空間實在太少，座廁位置比較大，比例不正常。第三點全個酒店接近100間客房只有兩台洗衣機，每晚也要在搶洗衣機及乾衣機的路上。最特別的是，不是沒有位置設置更多洗衣機，只是酒店選擇了將空間變為女性專用洗手間，完全理解不了，這是什麼設計？使用率極低，我是女孩子也不會特意走出房間去另一個洗手間化妝及如廁。還要每隔一房間樓層便有一個，共四間，其實只要減少一個女性洗手間變成洗衣房，便不會這樣擠迫。第四點不建議週末及假日入住，因為人真的太多，連大浴場也需要排隊。大浴場只有四個位置尺寸比較細，也是十分擠擁。”
